| NEW HOME SUPERIOR ROAD- HOUGHTON, MI. |
| This is a 2450 Sf. 2 story custom home designed by us. Due to the time of year we are using Insulated Concrete Form poured basement walls. There are many advantages to this type of construction, especially for winter applications. Not only do the forms insulate the concrete during construction, to prevent freezing, they also provide a super-insulated basement in the future. This is a very unique design that was decided on with extensive colaboration between the owner and our design team. By working closely with the owners during the design phase and with good budgeting, we are able to complete the project with few changes or surprises. The home should be ready for the owners by late spring/early summer.
