Martineau & Morris Contracting, Inc. was
formed in January of 1988.
It is the combination of two small contracting companies that had
outgrown their ability to keep up with an ever increasing demand for quality
construction services. The two principal owners are
Jay Martineau
(Martineau Construction, Inc.) and
Craig Morris (Liminga Contracting). We
started out primarily in the residential market in both new construction and
remodeling. As time went on we incorporated Insulators Inc. into Martineau
& Morris Contracting Inc. This expanded our market into insulation work
and Spray On Fireproofing.
We have continued to grow and are now involved with residential
construction, commercial construction, land development, build to lease
projects, pre-engineered buildings (Butler Steel Structures), and have
become the largest fireproofing contractor in the Upper Peninsula of
Michigan. |

customer service, the highest quality, and the shortest completion times
on all of our projects. After all, time is money. The sooner we complete
your project the sooner you can occupy your new home and save
construction interest payments, or the sooner you can start selling from
your new business space.
